NAAC CERTIFICATION NAAC is and autonomous organisation, established by the University
Grants Commission (UGC) in 1994. The Prime agenda of the NAAC is to access
and Accreditate Institutions of Higher learning with on objective of
helping them to work continuously to improve the quality of
education. The assessment mainly is based on the following seven
criteria: 1.
Co-curricular
aspects. 2.
Teaching
learning and evaluation. 3.
Research
Consultancy and Extension. 4.
Infrastructure
and Learning resources. 5.
Student
Support and Progression. 6.
Organization
and Management. 7.
Healthy
Practices. The accreditation status is a valid for a period of five years. The
NAAC is also supporting quality sustenance activities in institutions and
help in institutions to internalise quality measure in all
