  Withdrawal of Security Deposited with fees :
      The Security deposit is refundable within a period of one year from the date of leaving the College.
       i.e. 30^th June of each year.
  An application in prescribed from is to be submitted by the student latest by 31^st January of each year. Cheque of security deposit will be issue from 1^st July.
  The prescribed form can be had from the college office from Ist November (not before):
  The application duly completed in all respects and accompanied with fee receipts in original (through which deposit was made) marksheet of last year duly discharged in advanced and revenue stamp of One rupee affixed on it be submitted by 31st January of the year follow the college or within one year latest, otherwise the amount will lapse to the college.
  Note : To have the issue of cheque by post, the student should submit a letter of intent with self addressed envelop with postage stampof Rs.25/-affixed on it and marked registered post.

Discipline

The Proctorial Board of the College looks after the discipline and decorum of life in College . It also looks after the welfare of the students and Enforcement of the rules and regulations of the college and the university.

Students have to occupy themselves with academics oursuits through out the working time in the college . Free periods may be spent in the Library , where books , periodicals and news papers are available.

a) Irregularities in attendance , persistent negligence or indifference towards the work assigned .

b) Causing disturbance to a class or the office , the Library and any games programmes or college function.

c) Disobeying the instructions of teachers or administrative authorities of the college.

d) Misconduct or misbehaviour of any kind at the time of meeting or during curricular or extra -curricular activities.

e) Misconduct or misbehavior of any kind at the examinations, delegacy centres ,inter-college competitions and games.

f) Miscounduct or misbehavior of any kind towards a teacher or any employee of the college ,University , another institution , any member of the statutory Board of the University and any visitor to the college ,University or another institution .

g) Causing damage to the furniture , any property of the college or any other institution of the university.

h) Insisiting or abetting others to indulge in any lawful acts .

i) Giving publicity to misleading reports or rumors among the students.

ii)Loitering or loafing about in the college campus.

iii)Using abusive and profane languages in the college campus.

iv)Smoking in the college premises.

v)Attitude of non-seriousness towards studies or other activities of the college.
